Your electric wheelchair is equipped with a manual freewheel lever mounted on each motor, which are easily identifiable by their red tip. Just switch the wheelchair off and then turn the levers, once they have clicked these levers will disengage the electric brake so that you can push the chair manually. There will be some resistance to push the electric wheelchair as this is a safety feature built in to the motors to ensure the chair doesn't roll to quickly.
